elementor - v3.12.0 - 29-03-2023 *\/\n.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-stacked .elementor-drop-cap{background-color:#69727d;color:#fff}.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-framed .elementor-drop-cap{color:#69727d;border:3px solid;background-color:transparent}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap{margin-top:8px}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap-letter{width:1em;height:1em}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap{float:left;text-align:center;line-height:1;font-size:50px}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap-letter{display:inline-block}<\/style>\t\t\t\t<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">A trav\u00e9s del presente art\u00edculo, se proceder\u00e1 a examinar la relaci\u00f3n comercial que M\u00e9xico ha sostenido con un pa\u00eds de Sudam\u00e9rica y qu\u00e9, adem\u00e1s, forma parte del llamado Mercado Com\u00fan del Sur (MERCOSUR), de ah\u00ed que, en su momento, se estim\u00f3 que se trataba de un instrumento comercial importante, habida cuenta que, con la firma del Tratado de Libre Comercio entre los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y la Rep\u00fablica Oriental del Uruguay, en su oportunidad, se suscribi\u00f3 el primer acuerdo comercial que nuestra naci\u00f3n celebr\u00f3 con un pa\u00eds de dicho bloque comercial. En ese contexto, se debe tener en cuenta que el Tratado de Libre Comercio de M\u00e9xico con Uruguay fue firmado el 15 de noviembre de 2003, entrando en vigor el 15 de julio de 2004. El gobierno de nuestro pa\u00eds, en su oportunidad, estim\u00f3 que se trataba de un instrumento comercial estrat\u00e9gico, atendiendo al hecho de que el mismo podr\u00eda servir como punta de lanza para enfocar sus relaciones comerciales con aqu\u00e9lla zona econ\u00f3mica.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Resulta importante tener en cuenta que tanto M\u00e9xico como Uruguay forman parte de la Asociaci\u00f3n Latinoamericana de Integraci\u00f3n (ALADI), mecanismo que adem\u00e1s y junto con el propio Tratado de Libre Comercio aludido forman parte de las relaciones comerciales entre ambas naciones.&nbsp;<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Desarrollo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Para M\u00e9xico, resulta importante el presente acuerdo y otros celebrados con pa\u00edses de Sudam\u00e9rica, teniendo en cuenta el hecho de que, por medio de los mismos, se est\u00e1n tratando de impulsar las relaciones comerciales con la regi\u00f3n de Sudam\u00e9rica, tema relevante ya que durante mucho tiempo y al d\u00eda de hoy \u2013infortunadamente-, se considera que a\u00fan no se han logrado consolidar e impulsar las relaciones econ\u00f3micas y comerciales de M\u00e9xico con aquella regi\u00f3n del continente americano.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Entre algunos datos econ\u00f3micos relevantes que pueden citarse de Uruguay, el portal Expansi\u00f3n refiere los siguientes:<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><ul style=\"padding-left: calc(2 * var(--global--spacing-horizontal)); font-family: var(--list--font-family);\">\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><li>Su denominaci\u00f3n correcta es Rep\u00fablica Oriental del Uruguay.<\/li>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><ul style=\"padding-left: calc(2 * var(--global--spacing-horizontal)); font-family: var(--list--font-family);\">\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><li>Uruguay es un pa\u00eds ubicado en Am\u00e9rica del Sur, con una superficie de 176.220 kil\u00f3metros cuadrados.<\/li>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><ul style=\"padding-left: calc(2 * var(--global--spacing-horizontal)); font-family: var(--list--font-family);\">\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><li>Cuenta con una poblaci\u00f3n de 3.473.727 personas, ubic\u00e1ndose a nivel mundial en el lugar 133 de la tabla de poblaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><ul style=\"padding-left: calc(2 * var(--global--spacing-horizontal)); font-family: var(--list--font-family);\">\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><li>La capital de aquel pa\u00eds es Montevideo y su moneda se denomina como pesos uruguayos.<\/li>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><ul style=\"padding-left: calc(2 * var(--global--spacing-horizontal)); font-family: var(--list--font-family);\">\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><li>Se trata de la econom\u00eda n\u00famero 82 por volumen de su Producto Interno Bruto.<\/li>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><li>La deuda p\u00fablica de aquel pa\u00eds en el a\u00f1o de 2020 fue de 33.786 millones de euros, con una deuda p\u00fablica del 68,06% de su PIB.<\/li>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><ul style=\"padding-left: calc(2 * var(--global--spacing-horizontal)); font-family: var(--list--font-family);\">\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><li>La deuda per c\u00e1pita es de 9.726 euros por habitante.<\/li>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><li>El PIB per c\u00e1pita es un indicador del nivel de vida de un pa\u00eds, y en este caso, Uruguay, en el a\u00f1o 2020, tuvo un ingreso de 14.259 euros, ubic\u00e1ndose en el puesto 49 de 196 Estados con relaci\u00f3n al PIB per c\u00e1pita.<\/li>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><ul style=\"padding-left: calc(2 * var(--global--spacing-horizontal)); font-family: var(--list--font-family);\">\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><li>Referente al \u00edndice de Desarrollo Humano o IDH que elabora la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para medir el progreso de un pa\u00eds, se indica que los uruguayos se encuentran en el puesto 55.<\/li>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><ul style=\"padding-left: calc(2 * var(--global--spacing-horizontal)); font-family: var(--list--font-family);\">\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><li>Atendiendo al ranking Doing Business que clasifica a los pa\u00edses teniendo en cuenta la facilidad que ofrecen para hacer negocios, es de comentar que Uruguay se encuentra en el 95 puesto de 190 pa\u00edses analizados por medio de dicho estudio.<\/li>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><ul style=\"padding-left: calc(2 * var(--global--spacing-horizontal)); font-family: var(--list--font-family);\">\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><li>Referente al \u00edndice de Percepci\u00f3n de la Corrupci\u00f3n del Sector P\u00fablico en Uruguay, el mismo es de 71 puntos, as\u00ed pues, se considera que sus habitantes tienen un bajo nivel de percepci\u00f3n de la denominada corrupci\u00f3n gubernamental.<\/li><\/ul><div><font face=\"-apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, Segoe UI, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, Helvetica Neue, sans-serif\"><br><\/font><\/div><ul style=\"padding-left: calc(2 * var(--global--spacing-horizontal)); font-family: var(--list--font-family);\">\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Entre var(--global--line-height-body));\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atendiendo a lo se\u00f1alado por el Banco de M\u00e9xico y el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda, entre los indicadores econ\u00f3micos y comerciales existentes en las relaciones entre M\u00e9xico y Uruguay<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se tienen a saber:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7503da elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"b7503da\" style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Arial;color:#000000;background-color:#ffffff;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;\">M\u00e9xico y Uruguay firmaron el Segundo Protocolo Modificatorio al Tratado de Libre Comercio el 27 de noviembre de 2019 y, en \u00e9ste, acordaron que <\/span><span style=\"font-size:12pt;font-family:Arial;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;\">Uruguay se beneficiar\u00eda de un cupo de 250 toneladas con 100% preferencia arancelaria para las exportaciones a M\u00e9xico de carne bovina fresca, refrigerada o congelada.
