class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">La inversi\u00f3n fija bruta mexicana se dispar\u00f3 un 19,7 % anual en 2023 en medio del auge de la relocalizaci\u00f3n de cadenas de valor o &#8216;nearshoring&#8217;, inform\u00f3 este lunes el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (Inegi).<br \/><br \/>Con base en cifras originales, el Inegi indic\u00f3 que se obtuvo este resultado el a\u00f1o pasado por los avances anuales del 20,8 % en la construcci\u00f3n y del 18,5 % en la maquinaria y equipo.<br \/><br \/>La inversi\u00f3n privada se elev\u00f3 un 19,7 % mientras que la del sector p\u00fablico aument\u00f3 un 19,6 %.<br \/><br \/>Tan solo en diciembre, la inversi\u00f3n fija bruta creci\u00f3 un 13,4 % interanual por el alza de la construcci\u00f3n (21,8 %) y de la maquinaria y equipo (5 %).<br \/><br \/>En el \u00faltimo mes de 2023, la inversi\u00f3n privada avanz\u00f3 un 12,9 % interanual, mientras que la privada un 16,7 %.<br \/><br \/>En contraste, seg\u00fan datos ajustados por estacionalidad, la inversi\u00f3n fija bruta se mantuvo sin cambios (0 %) en diciembre frente al mes precedente.<br \/><br \/>Esto fue combinaci\u00f3n de la subida mensual del 1 % en la construcci\u00f3n y de la contracci\u00f3n del 0,7 % en maquinaria y equipo.<br \/><br \/>Las cifras son un reflejo del comportamiento de la econom\u00eda de M\u00e9xico, que creci\u00f3 un 3,2 % en 2023 impulsada por todos los sectores, seg\u00fan revel\u00f3 el Inegi el mes pasado.<br \/><br \/>Adem\u00e1s, M\u00e9xico recibi\u00f3 un r\u00e9cord de m\u00e1s de 36.000 millones de d\u00f3lares en inversi\u00f3n extranjera directa (IED) en 2023, un aumento anual del 2,2 %, ante el auge del &#8216;nearshoring&#8217;, en el que empresas trasladan al pa\u00eds l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n que tienen en otras regiones, sobre todo de Asia.<br \/><br \/>La inversi\u00f3n fija bruta de M\u00e9xico subi\u00f3 un 6 % anual en 2022 por el impulso de la maquinaria y equipo.<br \/><br \/>Mientras que en 2021 tuvo un repunte del 10 % interanual tras pasar la peor etapa de la pandemia del coronavirus, que provoc\u00f3 una contracci\u00f3n de 18,2 % en la inversi\u00f3n en 2020.<br \/><br \/>La inversi\u00f3n fija bruta permite conocer el comportamiento de la inversi\u00f3n en el corto plazo, seg\u00fan el Inegi, y est\u00e1 integrada por los bienes utilizados en el proceso productivo durante m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o y que est\u00e1n sujetos a derechos de propiedad.<\/p>\n<p
