&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">En los primeros cuatro meses de actividades de la gobernadora del Estado de M\u00e9xico, Delfina G\u00f3mez, se autoriz\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de 21,000 viviendas en 21 municipios de la entidad, de acuerdo con la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Desarrollo y Promoci\u00f3n de Vivienda (Canadevi).<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Leopoldo Hirschhorn, presidente del organismo empresarial en la delegaci\u00f3n Valle de M\u00e9xico, indic\u00f3 que la actual gobernadora ha acelerado los planes de desarrollo inmobiliario habitacional, lo cual resulta una prioridad ya que la entidad tiene un d\u00e9ficit de 1.9 millones de viviendas \u2014 de parte de derechohabientes del Infonavit que no tienen en donde ejercer su cr\u00e9dito \u2014 y solo se construyen alrededor de 25,000 unidades al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Parte de las acciones para impulsar la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda en el Estado de M\u00e9xico responden a las intenciones, tanto del gobierno como de la iniciativa privada, de atender la demanda que surge a partir de la relocalizaci\u00f3n de empresas (nearshoring) en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Hirschhorn indic\u00f3 que la Canadevi Valle de M\u00e9xico ha realizado diversas mesas de trabajo con las autoridades para buscar incentivos dirigidos al desarrollo inmobiliario, ya que la mano de obra de las f\u00e1bricas requiere un lugar para vivir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Al respecto, Laura Gonzalez, secretaria de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico del Estado de M\u00e9xico, confirm\u00f3 que se lleva a cabo un esfuerzo para la atracci\u00f3n de inversi\u00f3n y generar las condiciones para los desarrolladores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\u201cSin la vivienda no podemos pensar en un futuro en materia econ\u00f3mica. El Estado de M\u00e9xico apunta a la llegada de industria y log\u00edstica, se dar\u00e1n a conocer el paquete de incentivos para atraer inversi\u00f3n y aprovechar el nearshoring\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la funcionaria frente a los miembros de la C\u00e1mara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Se estima que las viviendas autorizadas hasta el momento, que tendr\u00edan un valor promedio de 1.5 millones de pesos, representan una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 21,000 millones de pesos y entrar\u00edan al inventario habitacional en un tiempo estimado de uno a dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><b>Invasi\u00f3n de zonas protegidas&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Para el presidente de Canadevi Valle de M\u00e9xico, es urgente atender la demanda habitacional en el Estado de M\u00e9xico a trav\u00e9s de la construcci\u00f3n formal, para mitigar la invasi\u00f3n de predios y el crecimiento de zonas habitacionales sin servicios b\u00e1sicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">De acuerdo con el tambi\u00e9n presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de HIR Impulsores Inmobiliarios, con base en un estudio del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), existen 857 \u00e1reas naturales protegidas invadidas en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">El establecimiento de asentamientos humanos en estos terrenos genera una problem\u00e1tica social y econ\u00f3mica, ya que, en muchas de ellas, se encuentran mantos acu\u00edferos, los cuales son ocupados por personas que no encuentran viviendas asequibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">En este sentido, el empresario explic\u00f3 que, en administraciones del gobierno anteriores, el sector de la vivienda no era una prioridad, por lo que celebr\u00f3 las medidas de la nueva gobernadora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\u201cHemos venido reduciendo la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas por problemas derivados, principalmente, de los ciclos pol\u00edticos. Hay una apertura de parte de la maestra Delfina G\u00f3mez, ante la falta que hubo durante los \u00faltimos sexenios en donde no hab\u00edan puesto la mira en la vivienda\u201d, apunt\u00f3
