De acuerdo con lo referido por el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, en el mes de marzo de 2022, la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda de M\u00e9xico anunci\u00f3 que se sostuvo una reuni\u00f3n el 1\u00ba de marzo en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico con el ministro de Comercio de la Rep\u00fablica de Corea, Han-koo Yeo, para acordar la reanudaci\u00f3n de las negociaciones para formalizar un Tratado de Libre Comercio (TLC) bilateral. En este sentido, se acord\u00f3 que las negociaciones buscar\u00edan consolidar un acuerdo comercial mediante el cual se permita enfrentar los desaf\u00edos y oportunidades del presente siglo. Para ello se considera que la implementaci\u00f3n de un Tratado comercial que reduzca las barreras en el comercio de bienes y servicios, y que facilite la inversi\u00f3n mutua y el intercambio tecnol\u00f3gico, lo cual beneficiar\u00e1 a ambos Estados. Por \u00faltimo, se convino que durante el 2022 se empezar\u00eda a trabajar en el desarrollo del mismo.&nbsp;<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Datos relevantes de Corea del Sur<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Atendiendo a informaci\u00f3n obtenida en el portal de Expansi\u00f3n, entre algunos datos relevantes con relaci\u00f3n al pa\u00eds en estudio se observa lo siguiente:<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Corea del Sur es un pa\u00eds situado en el este de Asia y cuenta con una superficie de 100.370 kil\u00f3metros cuadrados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Cuenta con una poblaci\u00f3n de 51.744.876 personas, ubic\u00e1ndose en la posici\u00f3n 28 de la tabla de poblaci\u00f3n, que se compone por 196 pa\u00edses, contando con una densidad de poblaci\u00f3n de 516 habitantes por kil\u00f3metro cuadrado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>La capital del pa\u00eds es Se\u00fal y la moneda se denomina Won surcoreanos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Se trata de una de las 10 econom\u00edas m\u00e1s importantes del mundo por volumen del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB), su deuda p\u00fablica en 2019 ascendi\u00f3 a 621.430 millones de euros, con una deuda del 42.13% del PIB, cabe destacar que su deuda per c\u00e1pita fue de 12.018 euros por habitante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>La \u00faltima tasa de variaci\u00f3n anual del \u00cdndice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC) publicada por Corea del Sur fue en el mes de agosto de 2022, de un porcentaje del 5.7%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>El PIB per c\u00e1pita de Corea del Sur en el a\u00f1o de 2021 fue de 29.384 euros, por lo que se trata de un pa\u00eds situado en el puesto 31 de 196 pa\u00edses del ranking per c\u00e1pita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Su \u00cdndice de Desarrollo Humano (IDH), que elabora la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para medir el progreso de un pa\u00eds, indica que los surcoreanos tienen una buena calidad de vida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Por lo que se refiere al \u00cdndice de Percepci\u00f3n de la Corrupci\u00f3n del Sector P\u00fablico, se dice que es de 62 puntos, por lo que sus habitantes tienen un bajo nivel de percepci\u00f3n de corrupci\u00f3n gubernamental.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>En el ranking para la facilitaci\u00f3n de negocios denominado como Doing Business, en el a\u00f1o 2019, Corea ocup\u00f3 el 5\u00ba lugar a nivel internacional, lo cual denota un pa\u00eds que facilita realizar operaciones comerciales en el mismo.<\/li><li><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Por lo que se refiere a los temas de negocios, impuestos y comercio, entre los datos con que se cuenta de Corea del Sur, se tienen, a saber:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7593862 elementor-widget indicadores econ\u00f3micos relevantes que marcan la relaci\u00f3n comercial entre M\u00e9xico y Corea del Sur<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se encuentran:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- En el marco de este convenio, se consideran impuestos sobre la renta aqu\u00e9llos que gravan la totalidad de la renta o cualquier parte de la misma, incluidos los impuestos sobre las ganancias derivadas de la enajenaci\u00f3n de bienes muebles o inmuebles, impuestos sobre las cantidades totales de los sueldos o salarios pagados por las sociedades, as\u00ed como los impuestos sobre las plusval\u00edas. El Convenio de referencia fue suscrito el 06 de octubre de 1994.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Ambivalencia de la celebraci\u00f3n de un acuerdo comercial entre M\u00e9xico y Corea del Sur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Resulta necesario destacar que existen sectores en M\u00e9xico que ven en forma ambivalente la celebraci\u00f3n de un Tratado de Libre Comercio entre ambas naciones, esto ya que, por ejemplo, el sector acerero de nuestro pa\u00eds, ha manifestado que Corea subsidia a su industria acerera; en el caso del sector automotor y particularmente de las autopartes, se ha observado que, gran parte de las empresas armadoras que operan en M\u00e9xico son en realidad las mismas que est\u00e1n ubicadas en Corea del Sur y, por el contrario, el Consejo Nacional Agropecuario (CNA) de M\u00e9xico se ha erigido como un promotor de un posible Tratado de Libre Comercio, ya que considera que, a trav\u00e9s del mismo, se desmantelar\u00edan aranceles en las aduanas surcoreanas, sobre todo en temas agr\u00edcolas<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial; color: #333333; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Como refiri\u00f3 Pedro Hiriart, el Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores de M\u00e9xico, Marcelo Ebrard, firm\u00f3 en el mes de julio de 2022 un\u00a0convenio comercial\u00a0y de cooperaci\u00f3n con su hom\u00f3logo de Corea del Sur,\u00a0Park Jin,\u00a0con el objetivo de impulsar la creaci\u00f3n de un\u00a0Tratado de Libre Comercio\u00a0(TLC) entre ambas naciones; as\u00ed como se formaliz\u00f3 la adhesi\u00f3n del pa\u00eds asi\u00e1tico a la\u00a0Alianza del Pac\u00edfico. Corea del Sur se trata de una naci\u00f3n que bien puede establecer una mayor inversi\u00f3n extranjera en M\u00e9xico habida cuenta de las posibilidades con que cuenta el pa\u00eds Azteca. La celebraci\u00f3n de un TLC entre M\u00e9xico y Corea del Sur debe ser ponderado con cuidado, sin embargo, abre al mismo tiempo grandes oportunidades para nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p
