No es posible, y tal vez ni siquiera deseable \u201chuir\u201d de este. Como dice el dicho \u201cel que no arriesga no gana\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Pero lo que s\u00ed es fundamental es manejar el riesgo de una manera profesional, objetiva y responsable.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Lo anterior implica esencialmente tres etapas:<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">-Identificar y evaluar<br>-Decidir<br>-Actuar<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Identificar y evaluar:<br>En nuestra operaci\u00f3n de suministro que proviene del exterior, \u00bfqu\u00e9 riesgos existen o pueden existir?, en otras palabras, \u00bfqu\u00e9 puede salir mal? Claro que, si pensamos en \u201cMurphy Law\u201d, la respuesta inmediata ser\u00eda mucho, casi cualquier cosa. Ejemplo: Darle o no un anticipo al proveedor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Cu\u00e1les riesgos cubrir. Ejemplo: Adquirir un seguro. Cu\u00e1les riesgos reducir o distribuir. Ejemplo:<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Trabajar con varios proveedores en lugar de uno solo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Cu\u00e1les riesgos prever. Ejemplo: El equivalente a una vacuna. Hacer que el proveedor firme una carta de confidencialidad antes de entregarle cualquier informaci\u00f3n delicada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Para cu\u00e1les riesgos preparar planes de contingencia. Ejemplo: Si el proveedor<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">desaparece, si se hunde el barco, \u00bfqu\u00e9 hago?<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Dentro de este tema conviene recordar que la percepci\u00f3n de riesgo tiene una componente objetiva y otra subjetiva; es decir, un mismo evento puede ser percibido como m\u00e1s grave por una persona que por otra. Y todav\u00eda m\u00e1s importante, lo que para una persona puede considerarse como un \u201criesgo aceptable\u201d, para otra \u00e9se mismo asunto puede parecer \u201cabsolutamente inaceptable\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Esto depende de la formaci\u00f3n, experiencia, valores e incluso la situaci\u00f3n emocional por la que se atraviesa, pero tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 influenciada por la natural actitud ante el riesgo de cada uno. Todos tenemos una cierta aversi\u00f3n o propensi\u00f3n al riesgo, que en los casos m\u00e1s marcados identifica a la persona como \u201cconservador\u201d o \u201cjugador\u201d. Aqu\u00ed lo importante es el autoconocimiento para manejar esta natural tendencia de manera objetiva. Y como supervisor responsable, tratar de entender a los miembros del equipo para poner especial cuidado en ciertas decisiones \u201criesgosas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">En resumen, no es posible garantizar que no habr\u00e1 problemas y que todo saldr\u00e1 como se plane\u00f3 o se desea, pero s\u00ed es posible aumentar la probabilidad de que las cosas salgan bien.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Est\u00e1 claro que en la vida real no siempre es posible tener la claridad absoluta ni muchas veces el tiempo para analizar, planear y menos a\u00fan, para contar con todos los planes de contingencia que ser\u00eda adecuado tener. Pero tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 claro que en la medida en que lo anterior sea posible, se podr\u00e1 lograr una<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">operaci\u00f3n de suministro proveniente del exterior, estable.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">En \u00faltima instancia, para eso nos pagan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-74b5552b elementor-widget
