elementor - v3.12.0 - 29-03-2023 *\/\n.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-stacked .elementor-drop-cap{background-color:#69727d;color:#fff}.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-framed .elementor-drop-cap{color:#69727d;border:3px solid;background-color:transparent}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap{margin-top:8px}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap-letter{width:1em;height:1em}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap{float:left;text-align:center;line-height:1;font-size:50px}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap-letter{display:inline-block}<\/style>\t\t\t\t<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">M\u00e9xico es un pa\u00eds atractivo para la inversi\u00f3n extranjera debido a su posici\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y su poblaci\u00f3n joven, adem\u00e1s de que somos un pa\u00eds consumista y con la habilidad de poder producir con tecnolog\u00eda de punta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Se debe de mencionar que los diferentes acuerdos o tratados internacionales nos ayudan a que podamos mantener una relaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica competitiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Por otro lado, se tiene una pol\u00edtica de comercio exterior que saca provecho del regionalismo comercial, enfocando sus transacciones comerciales con pa\u00edses vecinos, y al mismo tiempo implementado acuerdos comerciales y de cooperaci\u00f3n, que puedan fortalecer las relaciones con Estados Unidos, que es su principal socio, tanto en el \u00e1mbito de importaciones como de exportaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Por ejemplo, se puede mencionar el Tratado Integral y Progresista de Asociaci\u00f3n Transpac\u00edfico (TIPAT), el Tratado entre M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC) (que reemplaz\u00f3 al Tratado de Libre Comercio de Am\u00e9rica del Norte (TLCAN) con fin de tener previsibilidad comercial y preferencias arancelarias, considerando al mismo tiempo que M\u00e9xico y Canad\u00e1 son los principales socios comerciales de USA, ya que aproximadamente un 80% de las Exportaciones Mexicanas tienen como destino Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Esto denota una gran concentraci\u00f3n del mercado de las exportaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Contrastando a lo anteriormente comentado, hemos de subrayar que la lista de TLC\u2019s mexicanos de nuestro pa\u00eds encontrando que no se cuenta con un Tratado de Libre Comercio con China; un pa\u00eds que, si bien tiene una gran diferencia cultural y es un importante competidor en la exportaci\u00f3n de productos manufacturados, ser\u00eda un mercado muy amplio para las exportaciones de productos mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Las importaciones originarias de China hacia M\u00e9xico representaron un 20% en el a\u00f1o 2021. Un TLC permitir\u00eda acceder a productos de origen de China a m\u00e1s bajo costo por las preferencias arancelarias. Bajo este tenor encontramos una importante oportunidad para los mercados de M\u00e9xico para firmar un acuerdo de libre comercio con China.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Para aprovechar estas oportunidades, sin embargo, es necesario que se atiendan algunas de las debilidades m\u00e1s notorias en materia de infraestructura energ\u00e9tica y de transporte, seguridad p\u00fablica y desarrollo de capital humano que le restan competitividad a M\u00e9xico. En particular, se deber\u00e1n atender aquellas deficiencias que han limitado la integraci\u00f3n de los estados de la regi\u00f3n sur-sureste del pa\u00eds a<br>las cadenas globales de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">De otra forma persistir\u00e1 una distribuci\u00f3n desigual de los beneficios del comercio<br>internacional entre los estados del norte del pa\u00eds, que se han integrado de mejor manera a las cadenas productivas globales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">En 2020, por ejemplo, las entidades que se ubican a lo largo de la frontera norte del pa\u00eds concentraron el 59% (218 mil millones de d\u00f3lares \u2013mmd\u2013) de las exportaciones totales de mercanc\u00edas (372 mmd), mientras que las entidades<br>del sur-sureste s\u00f3lo aportaron el 6% (23 mmd).<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Un ejemplo que se est\u00e1 haciendo en otros lugares es como lo que est\u00e1n haciendo en EEUU para reactivar la econom\u00eda. En marzo del a\u00f1o pasado el presidente de Estados Unidos, Joe Biden, anunci\u00f3 como parte del American Jobs Plan &#8220;invertir 2.25 billones de d\u00f3lares durante los pr\u00f3ximos ocho a\u00f1os&#8221;. Adem\u00e1s de puentes, caminos y tuber\u00edas, el plan se enfoca en cuatro misiones:<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">-Acelerar la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.<br>-Aumentar la inversi\u00f3n en innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica.<br>-Asegurar cadenas de suministro en industrias estrat\u00e9gicas.<br>-Reconfigurar la infraestructura urbana y digital, priorizando comunidades desfavorecidas.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">M\u00e9xico podr\u00eda buscar activamente la reubicaci\u00f3n en territorio nacional de empresas estadounidenses y de otras nacionalidades que actualmente se encuentran en pa\u00edses como China, as\u00ed como el desarrollo de nuevas industrias con miras a evitar futuras disrupciones de las cadenas de suministro como las que la crisis de COVID-19 ocasion\u00f3 y que a la fecha tienen efectos negativos sobre distintas industrias en la regi\u00f3n de Am\u00e9rica del Norte.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Hoy en d\u00eda, los retos en materia de comercio exterior para el pa\u00eds son enormes, no s\u00f3lo en t\u00e9rminos de la implementaci\u00f3n de los tratados comerciales antes se\u00f1alados, sino tambi\u00e9n de la coyuntura por la que atraviesa el comercio internacional; sin embargo, las oportunidades tambi\u00e9n lo son. M\u00e9xico tiene uno de los mercados industriales m\u00e1s grandes y atractivos del mundo.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Por lo cual, con una pol\u00edtica industrial con objetivos y estrategias claras, es posible que el pa\u00eds aproveche las oportunidades comerciales.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Desafortunadamente, la pol\u00edtica industrial de M\u00e9xico hasta este momento no existe, las empresas en su mayor\u00eda son de inversi\u00f3n extranjera y las PYMEs siguen siendo un sue\u00f1o para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de M\u00e9xico, se tienen acciones, pero<br>nuestra principal \u00e1rea de oportunidad es un tema m\u00e1s cultural y pol\u00edtico del cual se tienen que romper paradigmas de muchas generaciones y a marchas forzadas, esperemos que nuestro actual o pr\u00f3ximos gobiernos seamos m\u00e1s agresivos con este cambio.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64ed3283 elementor-widget
