No es una zona de disputa, ni de conflicto. No se trata de escoger entre Europa, China o Estados Unidos, m\u00e1s bien de lograr una confluencia&#8221;, asegur\u00f3 D\u00edaz-Granados en una entrevista con EFE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Record\u00f3 las &#8220;intensas&#8221; relaciones comerciales entre M\u00e9xico y Centroam\u00e9rica y Estados Unidos en exportaciones y remesas, y entre el sur del continente y la UE en materia agr\u00edcola y aeroindustrial. Europa es el principal inversionista en la regi\u00f3n, y China el segundo socio comercial de Suram\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Para \u00e9l lo importante de la asociaci\u00f3n entre la UE y Latinoam\u00e9rica es &#8220;la confluencia de valores y principios&#8221; y c\u00f3mo compartir unas reglas &#8220;claras y predecibles&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>&#8220;El mundo necesita soluciones clim\u00e1ticas, alimentarias, y Am\u00e9rica Latina est\u00e1 lista para ello&#8221;, incidi\u00f3, y por eso &#8220;es importante no perder el tiempo y la atenci\u00f3n en lo que no tiene consenso&#8221;, como las divergencias sobre Ucrania, sino buscar \u00e1reas comunes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>LISTOS PARA PASA AL SIGUIENTE NIVEL<br>D\u00edaz-Granados inst\u00f3 a los l\u00edderes de la UE a construir una relaci\u00f3n &#8220;mucho m\u00e1s permanente y menos pasajera&#8221; con la Celac, que tiene &#8220;todo lo necesario para despegar y para aportarle m\u00e1s a la tranquilidad y a la paz global&#8221;, con unas condiciones que son &#8220;absolutamente valiosas&#8221; y lo que toca ahora es identificar los &#8220;desaf\u00edos urgentes&#8221; de aqu\u00ed a 2030, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>&#8220;Estamos listos para pasar a un siguiente nivel con la Uni\u00f3n Europea&#8221;, afirm\u00f3 el colombiano, que espera que la presidencia espa\u00f1ola del Consejo de la UE sirva para &#8220;pavimentar la pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>&#8220;No queremos una relaci\u00f3n de ocasi\u00f3n&#8221;, asegur\u00f3, por lo que espera que la reuni\u00f3n de alto nivel empresarial previa a la cumbre UE-Celac, organizada por el CAF, el Banco Internacional de Desarrollo (BID) y la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, impulse inversiones y comercio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>El objetivo de la cita es ver &#8220;c\u00f3mo ensanchar m\u00e1s la relaci\u00f3n en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os y llegar a 2030 con mejores compromisos&#8221; para desaf\u00edos como la expansi\u00f3n del 5G, la Inteligencia Artificial y la crisis clim\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>GLOBAL GATEWAY<br>D\u00edaz-Granados cree que el motor para impulsar las inversiones en la pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada puede ser el Global Gateway, el plan europeo para competir con China que pr\u00e1cticamente doblar\u00e1 su inversi\u00f3n en proyectos para el desarrollo sostenible en Am\u00e9rica Latina, hasta 10.000 millones de euros (11.241 millones de d\u00f3lares al cambio de hoy) hasta 2027.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>A lo que se suma, por parte del CAF, 25.000 millones de d\u00f3lares hasta 2026 para mejorar la inversi\u00f3n en transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica y tratar de movilizar m\u00e1s recursos de la UE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Los proyectos seleccionados para financiar son &#8220;realizables&#8221;, seg\u00fan el dirigente, que piensa incluso que &#8220;podr\u00edamos ser ambiciosos&#8221;, pero al menos ya hay algo tangible para ejecutar y llevarlo &#8220;a feliz t\u00e9rmino&#8221;. En su opini\u00f3n, lo &#8220;valioso&#8221; es tener una metodolog\u00eda que impulse los proyectos y los &#8220;dinamice&#8221; en el futuro.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>RENOVAR LA ARQUITECTURA FINANCIERA GLOBAL<br>Renovar la arquitectura financiera global para atender los desaf\u00edos actuales es una propuesta de varios l\u00edderes latinoamericanos que suscribe el presidente del CAF, en especial el canje de deuda por acci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica, los tambi\u00e9n llamados bonos verdes.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>&#8220;Hoy tenemos que armar esta arquitectura financiera para salvar el planeta. Y salvarlo en corto tiempo (\u2026) Tenemos una cat\u00e1strofe sobre los hombros ya de esta generaci\u00f3n y ya no es un tema de qu\u00e9 le dejamos a los nietos, ya es un tema de qu\u00e9 le dejamos a los hijos&#8221;, exclam\u00f3 al respaldar la propuesta lanzada, entre otros, por los Gobiernos de Colombia, Ecuador y Barbados.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Un tema de calado del que, seg\u00fan D\u00edaz-Granados, se hablar\u00e1 de aqu\u00ed a final de a\u00f1o en varios encuentros de alto nivel, como el que mantendr\u00e1n los ministros de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas de la UE (Ecofin) y de Am\u00e9rica Latina en Santiago de Compostela (Espa\u00f1a) en septiembre.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Se trata de &#8220;una reuni\u00f3n in\u00e9dita&#8221;, que representa a &#8220;un tercio&#8221; del Fondo Monetario y del Banco Mundial, por lo que espera que sirva para iniciar un di\u00e1logo de forma &#8220;m\u00e1s estructurada&#8221; y con vocaci\u00f3n de permanencia aprovechando la presidencia espa\u00f1ola en la UE y la siguiente de Brasil en el G20.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>&#8220;Es un evento que debe sostenerse en el tiempo. Yo aspirar\u00eda por lo menos que en dos a\u00f1os volvi\u00e9ramos nuevamente a reunirnos en la presidencia de Colombia de Celac en el 2025&#8221;, concluy\u00f3.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">FUENTE:
