plan contra la violaci\u00f3n de derechos en Manufacturas VU<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7289083e elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico anunciaron un plan para penalizar las violaciones a los derechos laborales de los trabajadores de una planta de Manufacturas VU en Piedras Negras (Coahuila).<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">El Gobierno mexicano concluy\u00f3 que a los trabajadores de esa f\u00e1brica se les est\u00e1 negando el derecho de libre asociaci\u00f3n y de negociaci\u00f3n colectiva, inform\u00f3 hoy la oficina de la representante de Comercio de EEUU, Katherine Tai.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Como resultado, EE.UU. y M\u00e9xico acordaron un &#8220;Plan de Reparaci\u00f3n&#8221; que incluye medidas como penalizar a los responsables de las violaciones a las leyes laborales.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">&#8220;A trav\u00e9s de compromisos concretos y cuantificables, este plan busca aliviar las graves violaciones a los derechos de los trabajadores en las instalaciones de Manufacturas VU&#8221;, dijo Tai en el comunicado.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">&#8220;El da\u00f1o de estas violaciones contin\u00faa, raz\u00f3n por la cual Estados Unidos monitorear\u00e1 de cerca la implementaci\u00f3n del plan&#8221;, agreg\u00f3.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Bajo el plan, M\u00e9xico se comprometi\u00f3 a investigar a fondo las denuncias de amenazas y violencia antisindicalista en la planta, al igual que a formar a las autoridades judiciales en negociaciones colectivas.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">A su vez, se obliga a Manufacturas VU a imponer normas transparentes para permitir que los representantes y asesores sindicales tengan presencia en la planta &#8220;sin restricciones injustificadas&#8221; y a cooperar en &#8220;cualquier litigio en los tribunales&#8221; relacionado con &#8220;la denegaci\u00f3n de derechos en la instalaci\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">La empresa Manufacturas VU, que tambi\u00e9n tiene plantas en EE.UU. y Jap\u00f3n, tiene hasta el 30 de septiembre de este a\u00f1o para cumplir con los puntos establecidos.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">El pasado 30 de enero, EE.UU. solicit\u00f3 por segunda vez a M\u00e9xico que revisara las denuncias de violaci\u00f3n a los derechos laborales en Piedras Negras, como parte del Mecanismo Laboral de Respuesta R\u00e1pida (RRM) incluido en el Tratado de M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC, USMCA en ingl\u00e9s).<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">El 29 de diciembre, el Comit\u00e9 interagencial para el monitoreo de este sistema recibi\u00f3 una petici\u00f3n de dos organizaciones sindicales mexicanas, La Liga Sindical Obrera Mexicana (LSOM) y el Comit\u00e9 Fronterizo de Obreras (CFO), para investigar el ataque a los derechos de los trabajadores de la planta de Manufacturas VU.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">\n<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">Con esta solicitud, Estados Unidos ya ha invocado formalmente este mecanismo seis veces en total.<\/p><p style=\"line-height:
