M\u00e9xico con el alquiler de 5 millones de metros cuadrados de naves industriales por m\u00e1s de 100 empresas, revelaron las c\u00e1maras de comercio M\u00e9xico-Hong Kong y la de Comercio y Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9xico-China.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Este es el resultado de una tendencia por relocalizar (&#8220;nearshoring&#8221;) las cadenas de provisi\u00f3n ante la disrupci\u00f3n del mercado chino con el estadounidense y los potenciales beneficios del Tratado M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC), que abre la puerta al mercado m\u00e1s grande del mundo.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>\u201cM\u00e9xico, con una posici\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica estrat\u00e9gica y el T-MEC, as\u00ed como tratados comerciales con pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina, se ha vuelto el objetivo de inversi\u00f3n para el gigante asi\u00e1tico que est\u00e1 trasladando parte de sus manufacturas\u201d, indic\u00f3 Susana Mu\u00f1oz, directora de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio M\u00e9xico-Hong Kong.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Al inaugurar la Expo China HomeLife, en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, la especialista destac\u00f3 que la relocalizaci\u00f3n de empresas chinas en M\u00e9xico ya es una realidad para empresas como Grupo Hengli, State Power Investment Corp, que compr\u00f3 a la empresa mexicana de energ\u00edas renovables Zuma Energ\u00eda, Lizhong, Citic Dicastal y Alibaba, entre otras.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Las principales ciudades beneficiadas por el \u201cnearshoring\u201d son Monterrey, Saltillo, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Tijuana, Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez y Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Mu\u00f1oz destac\u00f3 que con esto se busca subirse a la tendencia de la relocalizaci\u00f3n de empresas y con ello solucionar problemas de la cadena de suministro que se agudizaron con la pandemia.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>En su oportunidad, Carolina N\u00fa\u00f1ez, directora ejecutiva de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio y Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9xico-China (China Cham), destac\u00f3 que ya son m\u00e1s de 100 empresas las que se est\u00e1n instalando en territorio mexicano como parte de este reacomodo del comercio internacional.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Adem\u00e1s, dio a conocer que la balanza comercial es de 110.000 millones de d\u00f3lares anuales, donde China est\u00e1 exportando hacia M\u00e9xico m\u00e1s de 100.000 millones de d\u00f3lares, lo que muestra la solidez del mercado chino en el pa\u00eds.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>N\u00fa\u00f1ez detall\u00f3 que China y todos los pa\u00edses quieren aprovechar el T-MEC y ello impulsa el fen\u00f3meno de la relocalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>En el evento Shi Xiaochu, representante de Consejo Chino para la Promoci\u00f3n del Comercio Internacional (CCPIT) en M\u00e9xico, tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 que en noviembre se llevar\u00e1 cabo una feria en China para atraer a empresas mexicanas interesadas en ingresar a ese pa\u00eds asi\u00e1tico.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Por su parte, Susana Mu\u00f1oz, tambi\u00e9n directora de las empresas GBA Latam Trade and Investment Advisors, especializada en servicios de asesoramiento a pymes en fase inicial en las regiones del sur de China, Sureste de Asia y Am\u00e9rica Latina, dijo que se espera que este a\u00f1o sea de recuperaci\u00f3n para la econom\u00eda china despu\u00e9s de los tres a\u00f1os de medidas sanitarias por la covid-19.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>En tanto, Binu Pillai, director de operaciones de Meorient International Exhibition Co Ltd, organizadora de la Expo China HomeLife, destac\u00f3 en la inauguraci\u00f3n, que este a\u00f1o hay la cifra r\u00e9cord de m\u00e1s de 500 puestos de empresas chinas lo que demuestra el inter\u00e9s del gigante asi\u00e1tico en este pa\u00eds latino.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>En el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o, la inversi\u00f3n extranjera directa (IED) proveniente de China fue de 2,2 millones de d\u00f3lares, mientras que al cierre de 2022 ascendi\u00f3 a los 296,5 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:
