Llegamos al a\u00f1o mundialista con un sector tur\u00edstico fortalecido, preparado y competitivo, listo para recibir a m\u00e1s visitantes y mostrar al mundo la grandeza y diversidad de M\u00e9xico\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Rodr\u00edguez Zamora en un comunicado.<br \/><br \/>Por ello, destac\u00f3 que los resultados alcanzados al cierre de 2025 permiten proyectar un 2026 &#8220;a\u00fan m\u00e1s s\u00f3lido&#8221;.<br \/><br \/>&#8220;Un a\u00f1o en el que M\u00e9xico tendr\u00e1 una proyecci\u00f3n internacional sin precedentes&#8221; debido a la competici\u00f3n deportiva en pleno verano y por la que el pa\u00eds espera la llegada de m\u00e1s de 5,5 millones de visitantes.<br \/><br \/>Este jueves, el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (Inegi) inform\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico recibi\u00f3 47,78 millones de turistas internacionales en 2025, un incremento anual del 6,1 % en el pa\u00eds, hasta ubicarse en el sexto m\u00e1s visitado del mundo.<br \/><br \/>Mientras que los ingresos econ\u00f3micos por este turismo internacional se elevaron un 4,9 % hasta los 31.715,4 millones de d\u00f3lares, seg\u00fan el informe del organismo aut\u00f3nomo.<br \/><br \/>Los datos reflejan la tendencia al alza del turismo desde el fin de la pandemia de la covid-19 en M\u00e9xico, que recibi\u00f3 poco m\u00e1s de 45,03 millones de turistas internacionales en 2024, mientras que en 2023 recibi\u00f3 41,95 millones, cerca de un 10 % m\u00e1s que en 2022.<br \/><br \/>En el reporte de la Sectur, Rodr\u00edguez Zamora indic\u00f3 que, tan solo en diciembre de 2025, M\u00e9xico recibi\u00f3 10,13 millones de visitantes, lo que represent\u00f3 un incremento de 12,3 % respecto al mismo mes de 2024.<br \/><br \/>&#8220;Diciembre vino a confirmar que 2025 fue un a\u00f1o de gran \u00e9xito para el turismo en M\u00e9xico. Cerramos con fuerza, con cifras positivas y con una tendencia s\u00f3lida que nos permite mirar al futuro con optimismo&#8221;, apunt\u00f3.<br \/><br \/>Rodr\u00edguez Zamora destac\u00f3 que el buen desempe\u00f1o del sector es resultado del esfuerzo conjunto de toda la cadena tur\u00edstica, integrada por artesanas y artesanos, gu\u00edas de turistas, hoteleras y hoteleros, prestadoras y prestadores de servicios, cocineras tradicionales, transportistas, agentes de viajes, comunidades locales, as\u00ed como del compromiso del sector empresarial.<br \/><br \/>El Gobierno de la presidenta mexicana, Claudia Sheinbaum, tiene la meta de colocar a la naci\u00f3n entre los cinco primeros destinos tur\u00edsticos del mundo.<\/p><p style=\"line-height:
