class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">El Canal de Panam\u00e1 anunci\u00f3 este martes que a partir de octubre pr\u00f3ximo ofrecer\u00e1 un espacio de tr\u00e1nsito reservado a embarcaciones con bajas emisiones, como una estrategia para &#8220;seguir impulsando el camino hacia un transporte mar\u00edtimo m\u00e1s limpio y sostenible&#8221;.<br \/><br \/>Se trata de la iniciativa &#8216;NetZero Slot&#8217;, cuya primera fase se implementar\u00e1 desde el pr\u00f3ximo 5 de octubre con un cupo de tr\u00e1nsito para buques neopanamax, los que pasan por la ampliaci\u00f3n operativa desde 2016 y pueden transportar el triple de carga que las naves que cruzan las esclusas centenarias.<br \/><br \/>En esta &#8220;primera fase se reconocer\u00e1 a los buques equipados con motores de combustible dual que utilicen, como m\u00ednimo, un combustible con una intensidad de carbono inferior a 75 gCO2(e)\/MJ, desde la extracci\u00f3n hasta la combusti\u00f3n del combustible (WtW, Well to Wake)&#8221;, dijo un comunicado oficial.<br \/><br \/>El cupo de &#8216;NetZero Slot&#8217; no se ofrecer\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de una subasta, como se hab\u00eda anunciado anteriormente, sino en la competencia del periodo 1A o de 30 d\u00edas antes de la la fecha de tr\u00e1nsito, aclar\u00f3 la administraci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda interoce\u00e1nica, por la que pasa alrededor del 3 % del comercio mundial.<br \/><br \/>La embarcaci\u00f3n seleccionada podr\u00e1 acceder a ventajas como la elecci\u00f3n de la fecha de tr\u00e1nsito dentro de la semana ofrecida, tiempo garantizado de tr\u00e1nsito de 24 horas y el servicio de justo a tiempo (JIT, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) incluido, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n oficial.<br \/><br \/>&#8220;&#8216;NetZero Slot&#8217; es una de las acciones que se desarrollan desde el Canal de Panam\u00e1 para reafirmar el liderazgo de la ruta interoce\u00e1nica como una de las m\u00e1s seguras y verdes del planeta, reconociendo el compromiso del Canal con la industria mar\u00edtima y el futuro del planeta&#8221;, asever\u00f3 la administraci\u00f3n del paso navegable.<br \/><br \/>La v\u00eda acu\u00e1tica paname\u00f1a presta servicio a m\u00e1s de 180 rutas mar\u00edtimas conectando 170
