class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\">La producci\u00f3n y el consumo de carne en M\u00e9xico crecieron m\u00e1s del 2 % durante 2022, inform\u00f3 este martes el presidente del Consejo Mexicano de la Carne (Comecarne), Ernesto Hermosillo.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>En la presentaci\u00f3n del Compendio Estad\u00edstico 2023 Comecarne, Hermosillo detall\u00f3 que la producci\u00f3n de c\u00e1rnicos se increment\u00f3 un 2,6 % en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>En tanto, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que las condiciones de 2022 posibilitaron un incremento anual del 3,1 % en el consumo de carne de corte y de 2,2 % en el de carnes fr\u00edas.<br>En 2022, se consumieron 9,8 millones de toneladas de carne en M\u00e9xico.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>El presidente de Comecarne tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 de la producci\u00f3n de 7,8 millones de toneladas de carne durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Con estos datos, M\u00e9xico se ubica como el tercer pa\u00eds importador m\u00e1s grande del mundo, al comprar del exterior un 26,4 % de su consumo interno.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>En 2022 se importaron 2,35 millones de toneladas de carne, lo que represent\u00f3 un aumento del 4,9 % a tasa anual.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>En este marco, Hermosillo puntualiz\u00f3 que el sector requiere de acciones contundentes y de la colaboraci\u00f3n estrecha y coordinada entre el sector productivo, industrial y el Gobierno.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Adem\u00e1s, consider\u00f3 necesario mayores presupuestos para fortalecer los proveedores nacionales y que se traduzca en el impulso a los peque\u00f1os ganaderos.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Tambi\u00e9n pidi\u00f3 el impulso a la innovaci\u00f3n, desarrollo de tecnolog\u00eda y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas con enfoque sostenible.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>La industria de la carne se consolid\u00f3 en 2022 como uno de los pilares del sector agropecuario mexicano con n\u00fameros positivos, pese a los aumentos de precios y la alta tasa de inflaci\u00f3n impulsada por el sector de alimentos y bebidas.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Hermosillo reconoci\u00f3 que, en 2022, M\u00e9xico, al igual que la mayor\u00eda de los pa\u00edses del mundo, se vio afectado por la inestabilidad generada por la guerra rusa-ucraniana.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Esto, indic\u00f3, se vio reflejado en la escalada de precios en los energ\u00e9ticos, materias primas e insumos b\u00e1sicos del sector c\u00e1rnico.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, el sector c\u00e1rnico represent\u00f3 el 2 % del producto interno bruto (PIB) mexicano y gener\u00f3 82.474 puestos de trabajo, de los que 39.145 correspondieron a unidades de elaboraci\u00f3n de carnes fr\u00edas, 30.508 a las de sacrificio y otros 12.821 a las de corte y empacado.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height, var(--global--line-height-body));\"><br>Los datos de Comecarne tambi\u00e9n muestran que por cada 100 toneladas de carne que consumieron los mexicanos en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, 42 de estas devinieron de cerdo, 37 de pollo y 21 de bovino.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height,
