Europea cierran al fin el Acuerdo de Libre Comercio<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53e8e0a9 elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Mecosur y la Uni\u00f3n Europea cerraron al fin este viernes en Montevideo el Acuerdo de Libre Comercio en el que ambos bloques ven\u00edan trabajando desde hace casi tres d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>&#8220;Es un d\u00eda verdaderamente hist\u00f3rico&#8221;, destac\u00f3 en una conferencia la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, Ursula Von der Leyen, quien se reuni\u00f3 con los mandatarios de Argentina, Brasil, Paraguay y Uruguay en el marco de la Cumbre del Mercosur.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Von der Leyen se remont\u00f3 al inicio de los di\u00e1logos entre ambas partes hace casi treinta a\u00f1os y dijo que este viernes en Montevideo esa visi\u00f3n se ha convertido en una realidad, al tiempo que agradeci\u00f3 a los negociadores que han trabajado &#8220;de forma incansable por much\u00edsimos a\u00f1os&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>&#8220;Estamos fortaleciendo esta alianza \u00fanica como nunca antes y al hacerlo estamos enviando un mensaje claro y poderoso al mundo&#8221;, indic\u00f3 Von der Leyen, quien a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que esta iniciativa no constituye solo una necesidad econ\u00f3mica, sino tambi\u00e9n &#8220;una oportunidad pol\u00edtica&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>El acuerdo es una &#8220;clara respuesta&#8221; ante el fraccionamiento, expres\u00f3 la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, quien hizo hincapi\u00e9 en que ambos bloques derribaron barreras que permitir\u00e1n el ingreso de inversiones en un mercado de m\u00e1s de 700 millones de personas.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Von der Leyen subray\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 &#8220;una ganancia&#8221; para la Uni\u00f3n Europea, donde hay unas 60.000 empresas que exportan al Mercosur que gracias al acuerdo ahorrar\u00e1n 4.000 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Por su parte, el presidente uruguayo, Luis Lacalle Pou, anfitri\u00f3n de la Cumbre del Mercosur en cuyo marco se ha cerrado el acuerdo, destac\u00f3 la responsabilidad de los presidentes de los pa\u00edses miembros del bloque suramericano para superar los desacuerdos y poner el foco en &#8220;lo virtuoso&#8221; para poder llegar a una soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>quien lo hizo en representaci\u00f3n de todo el bloque del que su pa\u00eds ejerce hasta este viernes la presidencia pro t\u00e9mpore.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>De forma anecd\u00f3tica, Lacalla Pou coment\u00f3 que sus hijos, de 18 y de 20 a\u00f1os, no pod\u00edan entender c\u00f3mo llevaban negociando un acuedo durante 25 a\u00f1os. &#8220;Hoy voy a volver a casa un poco mas tranquilo&#8221;, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Antes de la conferencia, Von der Leyen se reuni\u00f3 en la sede del Mercosur con Lacalle Pou, Javier Milei, Santiago Pe\u00f1a y Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula de Silva.<\/p>\n<p
