Durante la inauguraci\u00f3n del Regio Foro Inmobiliario 2024, se destac\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds cuenta con 460 parques industriales, mientras que otros 158 est\u00e1n en desarrollo. Sin embargo, existe preocupaci\u00f3n sobre si habr\u00e1 suficiente energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica para soportar este crecimiento.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>En el evento, Jorge \u00c1valos Carpinteyro, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Parques Industriales (AMPIP), se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el crecimiento industrial en M\u00e9xico podr\u00eda multiplicarse por cinco, pero estar\u00e1 limitado por el acceso a la electricidad. Actualmente, la capacidad instalada es de 82 GW, con 56 GW en uso, y se estima que se necesitar\u00e1n 40 GW adicionales en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os para satisfacer la demanda generada por el nearshoring.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez, CEO de Novotech, subray\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico enfrenta una gran oportunidad con el Mexshoring, un t\u00e9rmino que hace referencia a la relocalizaci\u00f3n de empresas hacia el pa\u00eds. Explic\u00f3 que, a diferencia del Chinashoring de los a\u00f1os 2000, el comercio mundial est\u00e1 ahora orientado hacia la regionalizaci\u00f3n, beneficiando a M\u00e9xico a trav\u00e9s del T-MEC.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, Javier Lomel\u00edn Anaya, CEO de Colliers, resalt\u00f3 que el nearshoring tambi\u00e9n representa una gran oportunidad para el sector de vivienda, con proyecciones de un fuerte crecimiento poblacional en \u00e1reas como Salinas Victoria, impulsado por el auge industrial.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, Rojas inform\u00f3 que Nuevo Le\u00f3n, junto con Chihuahua y Coahuila, est\u00e1n compitiendo para organizar el Congreso Inmobiliario Nacional de AMPI en 2025.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: var(--wp--typography--line-height,
